Well to "location, location, location", we can add "price, price, price". Buyers have never had more data available to them and are searching for "deals". It's not unusual these days to see noted in the MLS "priced reduced to sell", or "priced to sell". So, in addition to the short sales and bank owned foreclosures (REOs), there's also deals to be found in probate sales and just plain old motivated sellers. If you want to sell Redondo Beach Real Estate in this market, our best advice is to a) price your home to sell and b) make it as turnkey as possible unless it is clearly a "fixer" or "scraper". Just remmeber that the paint, carpet, hardwood, etc that you may put in will get the home sold but not necessairly bring you a higher price. Most buyers in this market want "turnkey" as much as possible.
